About Us:
Indwell Technologies builds innovative software platforms including SideKamai.com (a fast-growing freelance app-testing ecosystem that pays everyday users directly via UPI for testing apps), educational tools like Wysguru.ai, and enterprise B2B corporate assessment software. We are looking for an independent, results-oriented part time marketing professional to drive user acquisition and help shape our brand.
What You Will Do:
Drive B2C Growth (SideKamai): Execute digital marketing campaigns across social media (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube) to acquire gig workers, students, and freelancers looking to earn via app testing.
Lead B2B Marketing (Assessment Tool): Pitch our Student and Employee Assessment product to HR Heads and Corporate Leaders. You will market this not just as a test, but as a strategic decision-support tool that empowers HR to identify leaders, reduce attrition, and align employee potential with company goals.
Campaign Management: Manage ad budgets, track Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), and continually optimize conversion funnels.
Who We Are Looking For:
2-4 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing, B2B Lead Generation, or SaaS Marketing.
Strong understanding of performance marketing (Google/Meta Ads) and SEO/SEM.
Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to create compelling pitches for HR professionals and corporate decision-makers.
A self-starter who can own projects from end to end without needing constant supervision.

Hunger to learn about B2B SaaS marketing and the HR tech space.
